Kelsi Dickens, PhD

Dr. Kelsi Dickens is a scholar whose work bridges ethics, education, and artificial intelligence. A founding contributor to the Harvard Creative Law Initiative, she helped design the program during her time as a Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow. She currently serves as a summer faculty member teaching Ethics and AI, and holds a 2024–2025 appointment as a Harvard Faith and Ethics Fellow.

Dr. Dickens earned her Ph.D. in Sport Management from Troy University and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport Management, Business, and Kinesiology from Southeastern University. She is now an Assistant Professor at Southeastern, where she coordinates both the B.S. in Sport Management and the Ph.D. in Kinesiology programs. A former collegiate tennis player, Dr. Dickens brings a unique perspective to her research and teaching at the intersection of sport, ethics, and emerging technology.
