Creative Law, as an academic study, is the innovative application of foundational legal principles, such as constitutional rights, torts, and intellectual property, to address the evolving challenges of society. The Creative Law teaching initiative offers an interdisciplinary exploration of artificial intelligence (AI) through the lenses of law, ethics, business, education, and psychology. Program speakers have included legal scholars and practitioners such as Leah Plunkett, Peter Karol,  and psychologist Dr. Emily Weinstein. The program is led by attorney and International scholar, Natalie Sookhoo. Seminar instructors Dr. Kevin Weaver and Dr. Ann Dickens lead the research program. Current projects are housed at Harvard University, Stanford University, and Columbia University.
